The WYSIWYG editor is used to create templates for Signature and Disclaimer. For this purpose, the attributes from your Active Directory are inserted via a drop-down menu.

You can easily create templates for disclaimers or signatures in the WYSIWYG editor.

The editor provides simple formatting options, such as paragraph alignment, font style and bulleting. Furthermore, Active Directory variables give you access to attributes from the Active Directory or basic data of manually created mailboxes, which allows you, for instance, to add the first and last name defined for a mailbox to signatures or disclaimers. The available attributes depend on the use case:


To use AD variables, they must have been defined in the Active Directory.
