Exporting S/MIME Users as a CSV File

You can export the data of the S/MIME users as a CSV file.

You added S/MIME users.

You can export the data of all or selected S/MIME users from the table of S/MIME users as a CSV file.

  1. Log in to the Control Panel with your administrative credentials.
  2. From the scope selection, select the domain for which you would like to activate Email Encryption.
  3. Navigate to Security Settings > Email Encryption.
  4. Select the tab S/MIME Users.
  5. Click on Export as CSV.

    An extended view opens.

  6. Under Data export, activate the checkboxes of the data you would like to export.
    • Email address

      : The user’s email address will be exported.

    • First name

      : The user’s first name will be exported.

    • Last name

      : The user’s last name will be exported.

    • Subscription

      : The order status of the subscription will be exported. There are two different statuses: Ordered and Active.

    • S/MIME signature

      : The status of the S/MIME signature will be exported. It indicates whether the S/MIME signature is activated.

    • Certificate expiration date

      : The expiration date of the current S/MIME certificate will be exported.

    • Reorder

      : The setting that defines whether the S/MIME certificate will be automatically renewed before its expiration date will be exported.

    • Encrypt (if possible)

      : The setting that defines whether S/MIME encryption should be applied to a user whenever possible is exported.

    • Subscription expiration date

      : The earliest date as of which an active subscription can be terminated or on which a canceled subscription will end.

    Note:

    To activate all checkboxes, activate the checkbox Select/deselect all.

    To deactivate all checkboxes, deactivate the checkbox Select/deselect all.

  7. Optional: If you would only like to export data of selected S/MIME users, proceed as follows:
    1. Click on at the top of the module.

      A column with checkboxes is displayed in the table of S/MIME users.

    2. Activate the checkboxes of the rows from which you would like to export data.

      The checkbox Export selected rows only is enabled in the extended view.

    3. Activate the checkbox Export selected rows only.

  8. Under Export type, select if the CSV file should be made available for download or sent by email.

    If you have selected the option By email, an input field is displayed.

  9. If you have selected the option By email, enter in the input field the email address to which the CSV file should be sent.

  10. Click on Export.

    The CSV file will be made available for download or will be sent to the entered email address.

You have exported the data of the S/MIME users as a CSV file.
