Filtering Roles and Contacts

Filter entries by role assignments or role types.

  1. Log in to the Control Panel with your administrative credentials.
  2. Select a partner or customer from the scope selection.
  3. Navigate to Service Dashboard.
  4. Click on Role management and contacts.
  5. Filter by roles or role types.
    • To filter by a role, select the role from the drop-down menu Role.

    • To filter by a role type, select the role type from the drop-down menu Role type.

The filtered entries are displayed in the table.
