Resetting a Password

Your account is not synchronized via LDAP or Microsoft 365.


If your account is synchronized via LDAP or Microsoft 365, you cannot reset your password by yourself. To reset your password, contact your administrator.

If you forget your password for the Control Panel, you can reset it.

  1. Open the Control Panel login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click on Reset password?.

  4. Click on Submit.

    You get an email with a new password and a link to reset your password.


    The link is valid for one hour.

  5. Open the email and click on the link.

    A window with the application form for the Control Panel opens.

  6. Enter a new password and repeat it.
  7. Click on Submit.

Your password has been changed. You can now log in to the Control Panel with your new password.

  • If the link for resetting your password is expired, click on Submit again. You will receive a new link.
