Selecting actions for single emails

You can perform an action for a single email.

If you want to perform an action for a single email, proceed as follows.

Note:

Alternatively, you can perform an action for a multiple emails at the same time (see Selection actions for multiple emails).

  1. Log in to the Control Panel.
  2. From the scope selection, select the scope for which you would like to query emails.
  3. Navigate to Email Live Tracking.
  4. Click on the arrow at the end of the row of the desired email.
    Note:

    The color indicates the category of the email.

    A menu opens.

  5. Click on the action that you would like to perform on the email.
