Email Live Tracking

Email Live Tracking allows you to monitor your email traffic.


You can only see the emails, which correspond to your level of authorization.

  • Users will only see their own emails including the emails of their alias addresses.
  • Customer-level administrators can see all emails of the primary domain and alias domains they administrate.
  • Partner-level administrators can see all emails of their customers’ domains.

After logging in, you will see your own emails even if you have logged in as an administrator. To administrate emails, you must change the scope.
