Removing a Mailbox

You can remove manually created mailboxes from the Control Panel in the Customer Settings > Mailboxes module.

You can remove manually created mailboxes from the Control Panel.

Important:

Microsoft 365 mailboxes and mailboxes synchronized via LDAP cannot be manually removed from the Control Panel.

  1. Navigate to Customer Settings > Mailboxes.
  2. Click on the menu arrow next to the desired mailbox.

    A menu opens.

  3. Click on Remove.

    A confirmation window opens.

  4. Click on Confirm.

    The mailbox is removed from the Control Panel. A confirmation message is displayed.

A manually created mailbox has been removed from the Control Panel.
