Setting the Location and Language of a Mailbox

You can set the location and language for a single mailbox.

Under Customer Settings > Mailboxes, you can set a different location and language for a single mailbox than for the domain. The data from this module is synchronized with the data under User settings > Location and Language.

  1. Log in to the Control Panel with your administrative credentials.
  2. From the scope selection, select the domain of the mailbox whose location and language you would like to change.
  3. Navigate to Customer Settings > Mailboxes.
  4. Click on the menu arrow next to the mailbox whose location and language you would like to change.

  5. Click on Location & language.

  6. Select the location from the upper drop-down menu.
    Note:

    The location determines the time zone to which the time entries in the Control Panel are set for the user.

  7. Select the language from the lower drop-down menu.
    Note:

    The Control Panel as well as the emails sent by the Control Panel are set to the selected language for the user.

  8. Click on Save.

    The location and the language of the mailbox are saved.

    Note:

    Changes to your own mailbox are not applied until the page is reloaded or you log into the Control Panel again.

The location and language have been set for an individual mailbox.
