Adding a Forward Mailbox

For existing mailboxes, you can set up forward mailboxes, which will forward the email traffic to one or up to 100 internal or external mailboxes.

Important:

The maximum allowed size for emails forwarded to forward mailboxes is limited and depends on the number of forward recipients. The following table breaks down the allowed size for forwarded emails depending on the number of recipients.

  1. Navigate to Customer Settings > Mailboxes.
  2. Click on

    A drop-down menu opens.

  3. Under Email address, enter the mailbox for which you want to set up forwarding. (1)
  4. In order to add a forward mailbox,
    • select a registered mailbox from the list (2a) or

    • enter a valid address in the field External mailbox (2b) and confirm with

    Note:

    Repeat this step to add more forward mailboxes.

    The mailboxes appear in the list Forwards to.

  5. Click on Add mailbox (3) to set up the forwarding.
