Entering a Delegate

You can enter a delegate for an existing primary mailbox.

  1. Navigate to Customer Settings > Mailboxes.
  2. Click on the menu arrow next to the desired mailbox.
  3. Click on Delegate.

    A drop-down menu opens.

  4. Activate the checkbox Activate delegate access

    A list of the registered users appears.

  5. Select a delegate from the list and click on .

You have entered a delegate for the mailbox.
