Activating or Deactivating a Mailbox

You can activate or deactivate a mailbox.

Only users whose mailboxes have been activated in the Control Panel can log into the Control Panel. Our services are equally applied and billed for activated and deactivated mailboxes. You can activate and deactivate mailboxes in the Control Panel.

  1. Log in to the Control Panel with your administrative credentials.
  2. Select the domain from the scope selection.
  3. Navigate to Customer Settings > Mailboxes.
  4. Click on the menu arrow next to the mailbox you want to activate or deactivate.

  5. Click on the button Active or Inactive.

    A drop-down menu opens.

  6. Click on Activate under Deactivate.

    The mailbox is activated or deactivated. Depending on the activation status, the symbol is displayed in white (activated) or red (deactivated).
