About the Continuity Service

The Continuity Service is an additional email service that guarantees a continuous email functionality in the event of a mail server failure.

With the Continuity Service, users can continue to receive and send emails if their mail server fails. Once the Continuity Service is configured for a domain or a single user, the Continuity Service is automatically activated when the mail server fails. For domains for which the Continuity Service is enabled, the emails of the last three months are stored in the email archive. In addition, in Email Live Tracking, the user can see which of his emails were delivered via the Continuity Service.

Important:

The activation of the Continuity Service will increase costs according to the price list. The Continuity Service is priced per customer, not per user.
