Activating a Filter Rule

To apply deactivated filter rules again, activate the filter rules.

You have activated the Compliance Filter for the selected domain or for any other of the domains you manage and have configured filter rules for the Compliance Filter.

As soon as you'd like to apply a deactivated filter rule again, activate the filter rule.

  1. Log in to the Control Panel with your administrative credentials.
  2. Select a domain from the scope selection.
  3. Navigate to Security Settings > Compliance Filter.
  4. Select the desired filter rule from the list of filter rules for incoming or outgoing emails and activate the checkbox in the column Active.

    The filter rule is activated. The filter rule is applied to the email traffic of the domain.
