Adjusting MX Records

To route and filter email traffic through our infrastructure, you can adjust the MX records of all synchronized domains.

You have configured your domains.

Note:

If you are not sure if the configuration of your domains is complete, contact support.

  1. Adjust the MX records in the DNS settings as follows. Enter the name of your domain instead of customerdomain.tld.

  2. To check if the MX records are set correctly, click on Show configuration.

    The status report shows the successful update of the MX records.

The MX records have been adjusted.
